Discussion with Indian Rare Earths Ltd., Mumbai, Singareni Collieries, Hyderabad, Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Neyveli for mining contract, is in progress. We are also proceeding by empanelling contractors for the same.

FOR systematic implementation and effective monitoring of business plan-
a) The company's operation and various business plan including diversification will be monitored through SAP (ERP) which is under implementation.
b)The company is in the process of implementing ISO 9000,14000,18000 to make it globally competitive.
